That is the way my season ended. Went sunday for a few runs but everything on wind hold so didn't ski. It was a great season tho. 85 days!!

:cry: What a difference a day makes. After yesterday's slush conditions, the rain FROZE on the snow and it was very very loud skiing top to bottom. One run and out today! :D The good news is that by freezing on, the rain didn't do too much damage and Drifter should have a good day tomorrow...

I'm planning to write Jay Rand thanking everybody for a great year. He stuck his neck out making snow in March for the first time in ages (maybe ever) which is why we have as much as we do now. A few letters would give him some support to try it again next year. Tell your firends too!!!

Good even tho six was closed.....apparently the winch cat's cable snapped. Had a good day anyway. Definitely rock ski time. One of the funnest runs is the terrain park on Brookside/Boreen. Day 81 :D

What a great day. lots of fresh powder and it kept getting better :D Best skiing was lower sky cuz upper mt was closed and hardly anybody used the yellow dot trail to get to the huge stash on skiers right.. Skied til my legs went to rubber (well past 8:45, Drifter)

until the sqeegees brought it back to normal. Hit mac on the first run...good call...it was perfectly groomed and not a spot of ice. Almost boring :wink: . Couple of hours later, the ledges were still carvable but trickier. Too many tourist today. Left early!

:D Loved every minute!!!! First run was upper/lower mac....a good call! Then all kinds of good stuff. Went to Parons after lunch to relax and they hadn't groomed after snowmaking...What a ball in the whales and bumps. Snowmaking on upper cloud so that should be great tomorrow!! :D

:D Another wunnerful day. Just like yesterday but a bit chillier( more frequent breaks). Mac all the was was a delight. Hopefully they will leave the whale at the top of Lower Mac alone for the rest of the season so we don't get the annual brown spot there. Wilderness and Mt Run were great...

Two great days!!!! Soft conditions made it lotsa fun both days. Drizzle this am below mid but snowing above. Upper Mac was a delight both days. They should get back to snowmaking soon but we didn't lose much, if any. Gotta head south for a few days of (ugh) work but be back soon.

Wonderful Day!!!! Skied 6 all day. Sky had a few scratchy spots but lots of fun. Under the guns on Lower cloud was great. They are making lots of snow all over....hopefully the forecast for tomorrow is as wrong as it was for saturday.
