Yeah, it's funny how everyone has their own prompt. A gear guide in the mailbox, start of football season, Bill's first MH/SA email, T.J.Max's ski sale weekend, the first frost, etc., etc..

Regardless, it's definitely comin', and the Farmer's Almanac is callin' for a cold one ( according to NPR anyway ).

Unfortunately, it's the longest 60 days. It's like the watched pot......it takes sooo darn long to boil! Really, everyone is so busy and occupied with other things over the spring/summer that 120 days flies by relatively unnoticed. But this last 60 days of fall, with us watching and counting down the days, with less to distract us and the close anticipation of what is coming just around the corner..........think of the Heinz commercial. Anticipation, anticipa..a..tion......it's making me wait.
