Could somebody Whiteface local reply with some projected snow totals for the Wed/Thurs storm? The Albany stations are calling for 6-12 up there at this point, but I'd like to hear how your forecasters are seeing it.

They had about 2 inches when I got there at 9:00. It snowed till about 10:30 then started to change over to mix then all sleet. At 1:00 back to all snow for a little while. Total I'd guess about 6 inches.

Crazy day with bad vis at the summit.

It's not snowing at all right now 6:46.

I was wondering when I looked at the 4 pm web cam what was up. Someone had said in an earlier post that it was already around 12'', but it sure didn't look that way.

Regardless, better a little hit than a full on rain event, and, again, there's always the hope of Sunday.

Now if we can just convince them to open up for next weekend.
